Here's my try at redesigning Wonder Woman's costume. As I understand it, Wonder Woman will be more of a street fighter now, so I made a lot of changes with that in mind. The color proportions and placements are pretty much the same as her current costume to keep her easily identifiable at a glance. Her classic costume has a lot of competing elements going on, so it was a fun challenge to update it while still keeping the character intact.
- Pants! Tactical and practical.
- Lasso Holder on her hip. Not sure how she normally stores her lasso, but I figured she needed one. It also serves as a fastener for the star-spangled "flair" that drapes across her other hip.
- Boots: I was going to have the tongue be white to emulate her current boots in a realistic fashion, but it didn't work with the white pants so I just made them all red. I also considered gold laces to match the lasso and her accessories, but that would've been a pain to render in a monthly book.
- Chest piece: The gold bird and "WW" details are still there, although modified a bit. Also, the curve underneath emulates the shape of her current belt.
Also, the tiara is from an older version of WW. The bracelets are pretty much the same, just slightly bigger and curvier.
