Concept art for a new sprite.

This is *RODCOM1000's lead character VECTOR. Rod also helped with the pose.

*edit* dA is making the blue a lot brighter than it should be, but on the final sprite version it will be a bit darker.

I'd maybe tone down the blue a little bit because I think it is a little bright, but I like the design anyway!
